We also receive ordinary technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, referral source and site usage.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide property-search and alert features, coordinate tours, maintain buyer accounts, improve the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal and MLS obligations. Information may be entered into Wendy Macica's customer relationship system so she can assist you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with Simply Real Estate, service providers that operate this website and its communications, MLS or technology providers as necessary to deliver requested features, and authorities when legally required. A transaction may require additional disclosures and service providers selected by you.

Communications and choices

When you submit a form, you authorize Wendy to respond by email or phone about that inquiry. You may unsubscribe from listing alerts using the link in an alert or manage them in My Homes. You can request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal, brokerage and record-retention obligations.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal compliance, dispute resolution and brokerage recordkeeping.
